What's on the plan for 2025?
We have a range of reports, benchmarks and practice papers planned this year, including:
- Operational Risk Horizon and two Top Risk Reviews
- Annual Operational Risk Loss Data Reports
- The benefits of risk measurement for risk management
- Third party/ecosystem
As new studies launch they'll be added to the Active Project page, so check regularly for the latest activities you could be involved in.
We’ll hold regular discussions throughout the year with our groups and communities on key aspects of risk assessment, risk appetite and risk reporting. With our senior leader group (LeadersConnect), we’ll build on last year’s vision for operational and non-financial risk. We'll discuss the important themes highlighted in the paper such as skills, AI and governance.
We're also increasing activity for our insurance members, and we’ll be in touch with our insurance community to share more details soon. Download our plan for more information on our activities. If you're an ORX member or subscriber, make sure you're on our mailing list so you always hear about the latest opportunities. You can also join our working groups and communities to get involved in our work on specific topics and key areas of operational and non-financial risk.

Data cycles and Agora
Our data cycles will follow their normal schedule – for more information, see the data cycle calendar. This year, we are transitioning to a new data exchange platform, called Agora. This new platform will bring many benefits to our members, including simplified data submission, more automation and QA support and enhanced data analysis.
Agora will launch in Q4 2025 and we’ll keep all members updated on this as the year progresses. Don’t forget, you can always find the latest information on the Agora webpage.
