Website access

Anyone can freely browse publicly available content on the ORX website. Users from ORX members and/or subscribers will only be able to access relevant content related to the services they have purchased.

An account for the ORX website must be created using a company/organisation email address (not a personal or “freemail” email address).

If you leave the company to which your ORX account’s email address is associated, you must discontinue use of the ORX website via these account details (and access will be revoked).

If your company discontinues its subscription to an ORX service or ORX Membership, you will be able to keep your website account but will not be able to view content specific to the discontinued service. If you no longer want your ORX account, please email communications@orx.org.

Applicable law/jurisdiction

You and ORX agree that any controversy or claim arising from or pertaining to the use of this website shall be governed by Swiss law and be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Geneva/Switzerland.
