Following the annual ORX Scenarios data cycle, this report provides insight, commentary and trend analysis exploring key changes and movements in the latest ORX Scenario Library. 

Containing nearly 1500 scenarios covering the full spectrum of operational risk types, the updated ORX Scenario Library points to significant changes in the profile and composition of scenario portfolios.  As highlighted in our recent article exploring the key insights and trends emerging from the new Scenario Library dataset, these changes are being driven by an interconnected set of factors spanning cyber, technology, third party, regulatory and climate-related threats impacting multiple risk types. 

In addition to the main report, you'll find a Thematic Deep Dive exploring four key drivers of change highlighted by our latest data, along with their impact on major risks in the scenario library. An Appendix featuring ORX level 2 risk dashboards is also included to provide detailed insights that help assess and refine specific risk scenarios.
