Operational Risk Reporting Practices

In 2017 we ran a project to understand operational risk reporting practices across the industry.

We wanted to identify ways to improve operational risk management information and to help our members get the most value from their reporting. 

As part of the study, 30 member firms provided information on their operational risk reporting practices and reports they produce on a regular basis, and submitted templates of their key operational risk reports. In total, the participating firms provided information on 155 reports and submitted 52 templates.
