In 2019 and into 2020, we worked with a group of senior thought leaders from 20 of our member firms to explore what digital transformation means for operational risk.

Through a series of interviews, we sought to understand whether digital transformation is a structural change, its impact on the operational risk profile, and how operational risk management may need to change.

From these discussions, we created a report that outlines the central themes that came to light in our conversations and which we believe warrant further discussion in the operational risk industry. The report is available to all ORX members.
