This Scenario Development Handbook focuses on IT outsourcing failures. It provides all the elements needed to create an IT outsourcing failure scenario.

We brought the ORX Scenarios community together to discuss approaches towards all aspects of IT outsourcing failure scenarios. 

This handbook provides practical guidance which lays out information on the following steps of the scenario process:  

• Preparation – list of internal and external sources used to prepare the scenario workshop
• Assessment – developing the storyline, estimating severity of the impacts, risk drivers
• Governance – how scenario ownership is assigned and who is involved in the scenario workshop
