Control Management Practice Benchmark

Benchmark - August 2018

In 2017, we ran a project to understand how financial firms manage their control management frameworks. In response to continued interest from ORX members, we ran a Control Management Practice Benchmark in mid-2018.

The project built on the draft maturity matrix from our 2017 report and developed it further. Project participants assessed themselves against the matrix and received a customised report showing their individual results against those of the industry, helping them to identify strengths in their control management practices, as well as areas for improvement. The full report analysing the overall trends is available to all ORX members to download.
