About ORX
We are a not-for-profit industry association, owned and run by our members and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
The ORX strategy is set by our Board. All board members are elected by the membership at the AGM and serve a two-year term. The strategy is then implemented by the ORX Secretariat (the ORX staff) which is made up of over 60 people, mainly based in the UK.
The day-to-day operation of ORX is overseen by a core Managing Board made up of the Chair, Vice Chairs and ORX Executive Director.
