    The ORX Strategic Vision paper, highlighted an ongoing transformation of financial services, leading to a greater reliance on an ecosystem of partners. Third party and supply chain-related concerns rank among the most significant risks in recent ORX risk landscape studies (Top Risk Review H2 2024 and Operational Risk Horizon 2024). 

    Given the complexity of the ecosystem of partners and the regulatory focus on this topic, we believe it is an appropriate time to take a closer look at how financial services institutions are managing their third parties.
