ORX Reference Process and Service Library


Developed with McKinsey & Company as a knowledge partner and shaped by insights from nearly 50 banks and insurers, the ORX Reference Process and Service Library helps enhance operational resilience.

It features two interconnected components - a Process Library and a Service Library - each structured into three levels and mapped at Level 3. Use them together or separately to refine and optimise your processes and services.

The Service Library contains: 

  • 7 level 1 services - Business Segment  (6 being customer-facing and 1 internal support service)
  • 35 level 2 services - Service Category (18 product-related, 6 customer service and 11 internal services)
  • 103 level 3 services - Service Name providing a lower level of granularity

The Process Library contains:

  • 10 level 1 Process Category (9 customer facing, 1 internal process)
  • 38 level 2 Process
  • 163 level 3 Activity Category providing
