Recently, we conducted a survey and data collection exercise with our members to inform the development of the ORX Reference Business Process and Services Library. Collaborating closely with our members allows us to develop the latest in a core set of contemporary standards and references to support operational and non-financial risk (ONFR) management.
We'd like to extend a big thank you to all our members participating in this latest ORX initiative to develop an industry reference standard for process and services. With 63 members involved, this will provide a rich source of data to inform the development of the library. The level of member participation and engagement in the first series of roundtable discussions also demonstrates the strategic importance of this subject.
