    In May 2025, senior operational risk leaders joined us at LeadersConnect Live to shape the future of operational and non-financial risk (ONFR).

    The agenda was based around our 2024 report – Our strategic vision for operational and non-financial risk. It covered themes and topics including:

    • AI in risk management
    • How to build momentum and value
    • How does governance need to evolve
    • Third party and ecosystem risk

    We were also delighted to be joined by a panel of Chief Risk Officers (CROs) for a session called 'A view from the CRO's office'.
