    ORX LeadersConnect Live event - Day 1-306

    LeadersConnect Live, ORX's signature, in-person event for senior leaders, returned to New York on 20-21 May 2025.

    Our flagship conference brought together Heads of Operational Risk and Heads of Non-Financial Risk to continue conversations on the future of operational and non-financial risk (ONFR). Our 2025 event took place at the Rockefeller Center in New York.

    As well as two days of ONFR debate and learning, we hosted two separate networking events to help foster collaboration and connection in our leadership community.

    Preparing for the future of ONFR

    Financial services firms that succeed will be those most skilled at managing ONFR.

    At LeadersConnect Live 2025, we discussed:
