Join our upcoming focused discussion on how progress with data and automation is changing the RCSA process
The Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) continues to be key activity for financial institutions, enabling them to identify, assess and mitigate their material operational and non-financial risks (ONFR). As firms progress the RCSA to become more dynamic and data-driven, ORX members have identified this topic as important for sharing practices and understanding challenges and solutions.
This discussion session will bring together individuals involved in the RCSA process and data management.

- Where do data quality limitations still constrain risk or control assessment?
- Which elements of your RCSA process are currently automated, semi-automated, or system-driven?
- What has automation changed in terms of effort, consistency, or challenge in the RCSA process?
- In what ways is your RCSA more effective today than it was a few years ago?
- What are the remaining blockers to a truly data-driven and dynamic RCSA?
