Capital allocation is a procedure by which an institution divides its measured capital among several divisions, business units, functions or regions. The purpose of the study was to provide a benchmark report on allocation approaches used within operational risk, which can be used to improve practice.
A total of 26 firms participated in this study. This study is available for ORX members.
