Understand the risk landscape

Part of our series on monitoring the risk landscape, the Top Risk Review provides a regular, concise view of current operational risks facing the financial services industry and the main drivers of each risk. 

By joining this study, you'll help shape an industry report on the top operational and non-financial risks facing financial firms. Unlike other ORX surveys, the Top Risk Review captures personal perspectives on the operational risk landscape, allowing multiple individuals from the same organisation to participate.

What you'll receive from the Top Risk Review

Sector-specific thematic reports

Dedicated reports for banking, insurance and asset management providing insights into:

• Key risk trends, including movement since our last review
• The factors currently influencing the risk landscape
• Regional and sector-specific insights
• How current risk perceptions compare with what we are seeing in ORX data

Material Risks in Focus report

Deep dives into individual level one risks, including materiality scores and recent trends, current driving factors and management actions. You can use these to build a fuller understanding of what's behind each risk and to help you put in place plans to manage them.

Data appendix

The results in a practical, user-friendly format, which you can use for your own analysis.

Organisational benchmark

If five or more individuals from your firm take part in the survey, you'll receive an organisational benchmark showing how your firm’s aggregated responses compare to the wider survey.

The organisational benchmark is indicative of the average scores submitted by representatives from that firm, and therefore does not necessarily reflect the institution’s official position. NB: Individual response data from colleagues will not be visible.
