About the Scenario Process Benchmark from ORX Scenarios

ORX Scenarios subscribers can either participate in for the first time, or resubmit their responses to, the 2024 and 2025 Scenario Process Benchmarks for an updated perspective on the maturity of their scenario processes and practices. 

Both surveys support financial firms through

• Highlighting key organisational areas of maturity and immaturity, including to monitor and evidence progress and advances in specific areas of the scenario process
• Carrying out detailed and informative benchmarking focused on quality and efficiency in multiple areas of the scenario process against the industry and peer groups
• Informing internal process enhancement initiatives and the search for greater effectiveness and efficiencies in specific areas of the scenario process
• Supporting insightful management reporting and analysis at a range of (higher or more granular) levels of the self-assessment maturity matrices
