Paper - September 2025

About the paper

The paper provides a comprehensive reflection on how risk assessment practices have evolved in response to the demands of digital business. Since our 2019 RCSA Practice Benchmark, firms have made significant strides in transforming risk assessments from static, periodic exercises into dynamic, real-time processes. This shift is driven by the need for timely and effective decision-making in increasingly complex and fast-paced environments.
