We are pleased to be hosting our next African Regional Forum in Johannesburg on Thursday 6 March 2025.

In collaboration with local African member, Nedbank, ORX is once again inviting senior operational risk professionals, with relevant responsibilities over framework and analysis, from the regional community of financial institutions for a day of focused discussions on regional developments, strategic priorities, challenges and opportunities.

What's on the agenda?

ORX forum agenda is typically shaped around themes most important to participants. For this reason, we welcome suggestions when you register which topics matter to you.

We do expect our regional forum agenda to cover key industry themes, such as the role of AI in operational and non-financial risk, as well as tailored to topics of specific regional relevance, such as third party risk assessment.

Typically, a draft version of the agenda is distributed approximately 6 weeks prior to the event to ensure participants have ample time to review, provide feedback, and prepare for engaging discussions.
