Paper identifies leading practices for process and service libraries

POSTED BY

Over the last six months, we've been running an initiative with our members to help us develop a new industry reference library for key processes and services.

We conducted a survey, collected data and held six roundtable discussions with our community, helping us understand current industry practices in using process and service libraries. Thanks to the excellent participation from our members, we've now produced a Process and Service Library Practices Paper and are nearly finished developing the ORX Reference Process and Service Library.

The complete library, along with a guidance document and the practice paper, will be available to all members in Q4. Additionally, non-members will be able to purchase the library next year. The library will complete our current series of reference resources, complementing the Reference Control and Reference Risk Indicator libraries.

ORX members can read on for key insights from the practices paper and access an exclusive preview of the paper ahead of the library release next quarter.
