We recently held our ORX North American Cyber Forum, kindly hosted by TD Bank at their offices in New York. The event brought together 24 contacts from 14 organisations to exchange experience and consider how the industry is responding to a faster-moving and increasingly interconnected risk environment.
The agenda was informed by findings from our recent risk landscape and thought leadership work as well as discussions with the ORX Cyber Working Group. The Forum kicked off with participants exploring the industry’s leading cyber concerns and the future strategic direction of cyber risk management, before deep-diving into the practical implications of emerging technologies. Later sessions considered the role of quantification and scenarios, followed by a discussion on geopolitical volatility.
Below, we summarise the key messages from the day, highlighting where the Forum reinforced or developed findings from the European Cyber Forum, the September Cyber Working Group and other recent ORX work.
